Abstract
This paper presents a method of coordinate conversion, extracting coordinate points, and comparing the changing positions on the hand based on image preprocessing algorithms and machine learning algorithms to analyze hand gestures controlling a robotic arm. Experimental results show that this method has high accuracy and fast processing time, and can be applied in various fields, including assistive robots for people with disabilities and production robots.
