Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological capital on the work engagement of doctors. The study sample includes 222 doctors working at three public hospitals in central Ho Chi Minh City in 2022. The data were analyzed using correlation and Bayesian regression analysis. The findings show that there is a strong and positive influence of the four components of psychological capital on doctors' work engagement. Based on the results of the present study, it is recommended to lay the groundwork for promoting job engagement and thus increasing doctors’ work engagement using the psychological capital training program for doctors.
